Engine removal and installation
If you need assistance with any aircraft services, including removal, installation and setup of your engine, we can offer that as part of your Lycoming or Continental engine overhaul or repair. Our certified AME technicians can help you with all your general aviation needs, whether its an oil change, magneto and component troubleshooting and repair, or installing a new electronic ignition system such as ElectroAir or SureFly, we have licensed experts ready to help.
Fuel System Setup
Make sure your aircraft is flying at its peak performance by setting up the fuel system correctly. This will make your engine easier to start, give you better fuel economy, increase horsepower, and help keep cylinder CHT temps down to make them last longer. We have the latest in technology to flow test, troubleshoot and setup all your components from Precision servo’s, flow dividers and nozzles for Lycoming engines, and all of the Continental motors fuel pumps, controllers, manifold valves and turbo components. Once the components have been flow tested and setup, we can install them on your engine and help dial in the perfect parameters to get your engine running smooth again.
